**Duties**:
- Performs routine procedural clerical and administrative support work.
- Applies a series of prescribed procedures or steps while processing clerical transactions.
- Assures that the procedures for processing transactions are followed and is not primarily responsible for determining the what and why of the transaction.
- Typical duties include mailing and filing correspondence; answering the telephone; reporting, recording, time and attendance. ect.

**Conditions of Employment**:

- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Possesses satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-13, to include a Tier 1 background investigation.

**Pay-Band Allowances and Differential**s
- Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. **_If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay._** Sunday premium may be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
