Die Rolle:
- Development and implementation of the PerfectDraft multi-channel (e-commerce, retail, gastronomy) strategy including a balanced marketing plan.- Designing paid campaigns & performance marketing that are implemented with the team and achieve measurable success.- Active further development of the PerfectDraft business taking into account the available e-commerce data and market insights.- Cross-functional collaboration with various departments such as Key Account, Field Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing and Logistics to ensure first-class multi-channel brand integration and availability of our products.- Responsible for allocated budget to maximize sales and profitability.- Preparation and implementation of performance routines (business reviews) as well as strategic routines (1YP, operational plan, etc.) for PerfectDraft.- Point of contact for the Zone's questions about the Business Unit's digital strategy.
Wen wir suchen:
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Wirtschaft o.Ä. oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung.- Erfahrung im digitalen Bereich (eCommerce/Digitalisierung).- Tiefgreifendes Verständnis für verschiedene Akquisitionskanäle und Erfahrung im Performance-Marketing.- Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch oder Englisch und Italienisch.- Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Office.- Stark ausgeprägte analytische sowie kommunikative Fähigkeiten.- Enthusiastisch, ehrgeizig, organisiert und flexibel bei der Suche nach Lösungen.
