Mechanical AIT Lead (m/w/d)

Sie sorgen für die Koordination, die Durchführung und den reibungslosen Ablauf der mechanischen Aktivitäten für ein Projekt.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortung der Arbeitsvorbereitung und -Durchführung aller mechanischen Arbeiten in Qualität, Zeit und Kosten
- Schaffung der Randbedingungen für einen reibungslosen Integrationsablauf - Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Tools, Prozeduren und Ressourcen
- Planung und Steuerung der Arbeitsabläufe und des Materialflusses in der Integrationshalle
- Fachliche Führung eines Montage Teams
- Organisation von Schichtarbeit, Einteilung der Ressourcen
- Ständige Verbesserung der Arbeitsabläufe und Rückmeldung an die Fachabteilung
- Sie berichten direkt dem AIT-Manager

Ihre Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossenes (Ingenieur-)studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Raumfahrttechnik, Physik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Produktion und Montage, wünschenswert in der Raumfahrt
- Grundlagenkenntnisse im Projektmanagement
- Grundlagenkenntnisse in der Arbeitsvorbereitung unter Anwendung von SAP
- Erste Erfahrung in dem fachlichen Führen eines Teams
- Vertrautheit mit den anwendbaren Raumfahrt-Standards wünschenswert
- Organisationsfähigkeit
- Analytisches Denken
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine effektive Arbeitsweise
- Gute englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
