For our team of 100 international consumer talents, we are searching for a HR Intern/Working Student to join us in our corporate Hamburg office - preferably starting in September 2023.
Tasks
- Support the onboarding process to ensure a great experience for all new hires
- Support the delivery of core HR tasks (HR data maintenance, absence management, tier 1 employee queries, etc)
- Work closely with the Head of People and Culture to develop and implement HR and Culture programs
**Requirements**:
- You have gained ideally a first experience in Tech or Consumer Goods settings
- You are currently enrolled in a university degree or have recently graduated
- You have a passion for people and are curious to learn more about HR and internal people processes
- You have a positive attitude and enjoy working in an international team
- You solve problems efficiently and are keen on learning new processes and technologies
- You are proficient in German and English
