- Sie arbeiten in unserem Procurement Team für die zentralen Einheiten der Siemens AG, Siemens Financial Services und Advanta in Deutschland mit und stimmen sich zusammen mit den dazugehörigen verantwortlichen Fachabteilungen und Schnittstellenpartnern crossfunktional ab
- Unter Berücksichtigung der Commodity-Strategie nehmen Sie Einkaufsaktivitäten von der Bedarfsentstehung, Ausschreibung, Angebotsanalyse, Vertragsgestaltung sowie der konkreten kommerziellen Verhandlung mit den Lieferanten wahr.
- Dies geschieht in enger Abstimmung zu den jeweiligen Kundenanforderungen
- Insbesondere die Beschaffung von Werk
- und Dienstleistungen wird durch ein Quality-Gate gesondert begleitet und analysiert. Hier wenden Sie arbeitsrechtliche Kenntnisse und Grundlagen an, welche den Beschaffungsprozess sicher machen.
- Sie sind bestens vertraut mit den Prozesslandschaften, Regelwerken und Einkaufsdaten und beraten Ihre Kunden passgenau in den jeweiligen Beschaffungssituationen.
- Darüber hinaus gestalten und hinterfragen Sie aktiv Einkaufsprozesse und treiben Kostenreduzierungsmaßnahmen gewissenhaft bis zur endgültigen Umsetzung voran
- Sie unterstützen in der proaktiven Umsetzung von relevanten Digitalisierungstrategien und Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten, welche in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich sorgfältig umgesetzt werden und sichern somit entscheidende Wettbewerbsvorteile für die Zukunft
**Ihr Profil für "Zukunft möglich machen".**
- Grundlage bildet Ihr abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in einem technischen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Feld und Sie konnten erste Erfahrungen im Einkaufsumfeld durch Werkstudententätigkeiten oder Praktika vorzugsweise im Siemens-Umfeld erlangen
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Einkauf von Werk
- / Dienstleistungen sind von Vorteil
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute SAP und MS Office-Kenntnisse, idealerweise sind Sie bereits mit myMall/OneSRM vertraut
- Während Ihres Studiums und/oder Werkstudententätigkeiten/Praktika konnten Sie erste Erfahrungen in Verhandlungstechniken sammeln und haben einen guten Einblick in das Vertragsrecht erhalten
- Ein sicheres Auftreten und Ihre guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten zeichnen Sie aus und Sie freuen sich auf die tägliche Arbeit in einem wertschätzenden Teamumfeld
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab
