**DEINE MISSION BEI UNS**:

- Du bist für das End-to-End-Monitoring der Kampagnen verantwortlich, behältst dabei die KPIs wie CPC und Deckungsbeiträge genau im Auge und nutzt deine analytischen Fähigkeiten, um Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren.
- Ein Hauptfokus liegt auf der Einrichtung und Optimierung von Google Ads Display
- und Outbrain-Kampagnen, wobei du durch dein Fachwissen im Online-Marketing, Kampagnen erstellst, die outstanding sind.
- Mit deinem kontinuierlichen data-driven-approach wirst du mithilfe deiner Analysen die Kampagnen kontinuierlich verbessern und deine Erkenntnisse nutzen, um datengestützte Entscheidungen zu treffen und die Kampagnenleistung im Laufe der Zeit zu optimieren.
- Du erstellst monatliche Berichte mit den wichtigsten Erkenntnissen, hebst Erfolge und verbesserungswürdige Bereiche hervor sprichst datengestützte Handlungsempfehlungen aus.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem #TeamSales, gewährleistest du eine gute Abstimmung zwischen Marketing und Vertrieb und bringst dein Wissen als Unterstützung für Lead-Generierung und Konvertierung ein.

**DAS WÜNSCHEN WIR UNS**:

- Du bist ein echter Experte für Display-Anzeigen und verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse von Google Ads, Google Ads Editor und Outbrain. Bonuspunkte wenn Du bereits Erfahrung mit Google DV360 und Ad Manager sammeln konntest.
- Du hast erste Berufserfahrungen als Online Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, Campaign Specialist oder in einem ähnlichen Bereich gesammelt und bist bereit, deine Fähigkeiten auf die nächste Stufe zu heben.
- Du begeisterst dich für Online-Marketing und hast ein starkes Interesse an der Auswertung von KPIs und der Optimierung laufender Kampagnen, um beeindruckende Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
