We are looking for a Postdoctoral Researcher in **Computational Neuroimaging** with focus on imaging genetics/transcriptomics to join the research group of Prof. Dr. Christine Ecker in the **Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry**at the Universitätsmedizin Frankfurt. The successful applicant will be involved in research projects focusing on the integration of multi-modal human magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data and genetic and/or transcriptomic data in the context of neurodevelopmental conditions.

**Your role**
- Develop novel analytical approaches for integrating neuroimaging and genetic data; disseminate resulting software for use within the wider scientific community.
- Teaching and supervision activities, knowledge dissemination, and publication of results in international peer-reviewed scientific journals.

**Who you are**
- Ph.D in Bioinformatics, IT/Computer Science, or Software Engineering
- Interest in big data analytics, and solid programming skills in R, C++, Python or MATLAB.
- Knowledge in (i) computational neuroimaging techniques and analysis using software packages like FreeSurfer, and/or (ii) expertise in conducting genetic analyses; e.g. Genome-Wise Association Studies (GWAS) and computation of polygenic risk scores (PRS).
- Experience in machine learning / artificial intelligence is desired
- Due to legal regulations, valid proof of measles immunity / measles vaccination is required.
