Die OYSTER Fotostudio GmbH ist eine Full-Service
- Fotoproduktion mit Fokus auf visuellen Produkt-Content für Handelsmarken im Segment Mode (Life und Still), Nonfood und Food. Neben den klassischen Bereichen der Fotoproduktion bereichern spezielle Units mit CGI, 3D Scanning, Bewegtbild und Filmproduktion unser Portfolio.

Einen Senior Producer (m/w/d), den wir idealerweise zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit und Festanstellung einstellen können.

Aufgaben
- Du planst die Produktionsabläufe und hast diese im Blick
- Du trägst die operative Verantwortung für die Durchführung der Foto
- & Media-Produktionen im Studio und on Location
- Du überwachst die Prozesse und KPIs
- Du managst die Klärfälle deiner Kunden
- Du bist operativer Ansprechpartner für deine Kunden
- Du bist fester Ansprechpartner unserer Fachabteilungen und der Produktions-Teams
- Du stehst in enger Abstimmung mit unserem operativen Controlling

Qualifikation
- Du bringst mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrungen im Bereich der Foto
- und Medienproduktion mit
- In der Großstudiolandschaft und dem Agenturumfeld fühlst du dich zu Hause
- Neben der Abwicklung des Tagesgeschäfts hast du Spaß daran Strukturen und Arbeitsabläufe zu optimieren
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an Innovationen und möchtest das in der Contentproduktion von morgen aktiv mitgestalten
- Es gelingt dir andere zu begeistern und so die Themen im Team zu multiplizieren
- Du ergreifst die Initiative, bist engagiert und übernimmst Verantwortung
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent, strukturiert, flexibel, entscheidungsfähig und belastbar
- Du kannst auf allen Ebenen kommunizieren und bist dabei sympathisch, kompetent und argumentationsstark
- Der sichere Umgang mit dem Office-Paket, insb. Excel ist für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit
- In neue Systeme arbeitest du dich mit Leichtigkeit ein und Produktions-Software, Projektmanagement-Tools & Controlling-Themen sind dir bekannt
- Ein kaufmännischer Hintergrund ist wünschenswert
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und ein Führerschein sind von Vorteil
