**Deine Aufgaben**:
**Du brennst dafür, Werbefilmproduktionen von vorne bis hinten zu koordinieren und liebst es einfach, wenn deine Pläne aufgehen? Wenn Geburtstage, Urlaube oder Umzüge anstehen, bist du Ansprechpartner Nr. 1? Planen liegt dir einfach im Blut?**
Du hast Spaß an der Durchführung von Projekten und nimmst gerne die Zügel in die Hand, wenn es darum geht, dass Aufgaben rechtzeitig umgesetzt werden, damit das Endergebnis ein glatter Erfolg wird? Werde Senior Producer (in Vollzeit) **für die** **neue Marke "OHO" von Klein aber** und realisiere spannende Werbefilmproduktionen gemeinsam mit einem starken Team
**Deine Aufgaben**
- Produktion von Bewegtbildinhalten für Werbefilme
- Organisation und Unterstützung bei Drehs
- Als Producer kümmerst du dich eigenständig um die Produktion, verwaltest das vorhandene Budget und bist Ansprechpartner:in bei Fragen
- Du bist somit für die eigenverantwortliche Ideenfindung und Gesamtkoordination der Werbefilmproduktion zuständig
- In engem Austausch mit den Strateg:innen behältst du alle Prozesse im Blick und steuerst das Projekt
**Was du mitbringst**:
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Werbefilmproduktion
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Projektmanagement, Planung, Kreation, Produktion
- Gute Kenntnisse in den Abläufen einer Werbefilmproduktion und Postproduktion
- Betreuung von Projekten mit einem Jahresbudget von über 200.000 Euro
- Verfügbarkeit eines starken sowie aktiven Netzwerks an Freelancern und Dienstleister:innen
- Hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation und -verantwortung
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
- Kommunikationstalent
