Du bist eine engagierte, strukturierte und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit, die eine eigenverantwortliche sowie analytisch denkende Arbeitsweise mitbringt und dabei den Blick für gesamtheitliche Zusammenhänge hat. Außerdem punktest du durch unternehmerisches Denken, Flexibilität und Veränderungsbereitschaft. Darüber hinaus liegt es dir am Herzen, die bestehenden Buchhaltungsprozesse weiterzuentwickeln und gestalten zu können.
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung, wünschenswerterweise im Bereich der Kreditorenbuchhaltung.
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Verbuchen von Geschäftsvorfällen in einem ERP-System, bestenfalls in DATEV.
- Du hast bereits Steuerkenntnisse und Interesse, diese zu vertiefen.
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und über Englischkenntnisse.
- Du weist sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse auf, insbesondere Excel.
- Du verantwortest eigenständig die Bearbeitung von Geschäftsvorfällen in der Buchhaltung, insbesondere von Eingangsrechnungen und Reisekosten.
- Du prüfst, kontierst und verbuchst die Bewegungen der Kasse, Kreditkarten und Bank.
- Du überprüfst, klärst und bearbeitest offene Posten und bereitest den Zahlungslauf vor.
- Du verantwortest die Kreditorenstammdaten
- und generelle Datenpflege im Buchhaltungssystem sowie die Ablage der Buchungsbelege.
- Du bist Ansprechpartner bei Konto
- und Vorgangsabstimmungen und gibst bei Bedarf unseren internen Abteilungen einschließlich Call Center und Headquarter Hilfestellung zu buchhalterischen Fragestellungen.
- Du verantwortest die Vorbereitung und Auswertung diverser Reports.
- Du trägst gemeinsam mit unserem Director of Finance zur Weiterentwicklung der internen buchhalterischen Prozesse bei.
