**Ihr Aufgabengebiet**:
**Ihre künftigen Aufgaben**:
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung unseres kleinen aber weltweit agierenden „Applications
- and Support-Teams“ mit derzeit sechs Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern
- Organisationsentwicklung des Bereichs „Applications
- and Support“
- Koordination der Schulung unserer weltweiten Servicepartner
- Koordinierung der Kooperation im Bereich „Application
- und Support“ mit OEM-Kunden
- Zusammenarbeit mit wichtigen Schlüsselkunden auf Applikationsebene
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Servicepartnern (Schwerpunkt Asien)
- Planung und Umsetzungskontrolle aller Aufgaben im Innen
- und Außendienst (inkl. Installationsplanung und E-Mail-Support)
- Qualitätsmanagement für den Bereich „Application Engineering and Customer Support“
- Mitarbeit bei Qualitäts-Audits (z.B. nach ISO 9001, Kunden und Lieferanten)
- Überwachung der Kundenzufriedenheit
- Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion, insbesondere bei der Qualitätssicherung
- Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklungsabteilung, insbesondere bei der Einführung neuer Produkte
**Ihr Profil**:
**Ihre Qualifikationen**:
- Ein abgeschlossenes Fachhochschul
- oder Hochschulstudium einer technischen Fachrichtung (z.B. Physik, Ingenieurswesen, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau)
- Erfahrungen in einigen der folgenden Bereiche: Messtechnik, Elektronik, Optik, Halbleiterphysik, Dünnschichtverfahren oder technischer Kundendienst
- Hilfreich sind Erfahrungen in der Mitarbeiterführung und/oder Organisationsentwicklung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache
- Begeisterung für gelegentliches Reisen (Deutschland, Europa, Asien, USA) und Offenheit im Umgang mit Menschen aus unterschiedlichen Kulturkreisen (Europa, Asien, USA)
- Flexible und kreative Reaktion auf wechselnde Aufgaben sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
