**Das erwartet dich**

Wir freuen uns auf dich als Abteilungsleiter:in im Risk Management Property & Casualty (Sachversicherung) und als Chief Risk Officer (CRO) bei der Zurich Insurance Europe (ZIE) Niederlassung für Deutschland. Es erwarten dich folgende Aufgaben:

- Du übernimmst die Berichterstattung an den CRO Zurich Deutschland und CRO ZIE
- In deiner Rolle bist du zuständig für die Leitung der Enterprise Risk Management für den Bereich Sachversicherung innerhalb der Zurich Gruppe Deutschland
- Außerdem verantwortest du die interne und externe Berichterstattung
- Als Vorgesetze:r fungierst du für alle P&C Risk Officer und Business Partner bei Zurich Deutschland
- Du agierst als Risk Business Partner für P&C Underwriting
- Weiterhin verfügst du über die Methodenhoheit für den Bereich Total Risk Profiling (TRP)

- Deine Vita umfasst einen Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss in einem einschlägigen Fachgebiet oder eine andere berufliche Qualifikation, sowie eine langjährige Berufserfahrung von mehr als 5 Jahren im Bereich Risikomanagement oder P&C
- Bei uns sind deine Kenntnisse der Methoden des Risikomanagements gefragt
- Darüber hinaus verfügst du über die Fähigkeit zur Interaktion mit Interessengruppen aller Führungsebenen und zum Aufbau von Geschäftsbeziehungen
- Deine Aufgaben organisierst du eigenständig und erledigst diese fristgerecht und in hoher Qualität aus
- Dir fällt es leicht, in einem schnelllebigen und multikulturellen Umfeld zu arbeiten und die Initiative zu ergreifen, um mehrere konkurrierende Aufgaben zu bewältigen
- Sehr guten Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnissen runden dein spannendes Profil ab
