**Zu Ihren zukünftigen Aufgaben gehören**:
- Planung, Kontrolle und Steuerung eines Unternehmens
- Diskussionen und Entscheidungsfindung auf Management-Ebene
- Hinterfragen und Unterstützen des Geschäfts hinsichtlich der Verbesserung der finanziellen und operativen Leistung
- Ergebnismanagement und -verbesserung
- Analyse qualitativer und quantitativer Leistungsdaten im Vergleich mit Budgets /Zielen
- Koordination von Gegenmaßnahmen
- Durchführen vom Earned Value Management und der Barmittel-Planung
- Verwendung von Finanzprozessen und -werkzeugen
- Rechtzeitige und aussagekräftige Planung und Berichterstattung, sowie konsolidierte Finanzberichterstattung
- Steuerung programmspezifischer Ziele, sowie Planung des Arbeitspensums und der Belegschaft
- Steuerung von Planungs
- und Prognoseprozessen für Finanzen und Arbeitspensum
- Unterstützung der M&A-Tätigkeiten und bei der Umsetzung der Industriestrategie (z.B. BCC)
**Wir wünschen uns**:
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Controlling, Finanzwesen und IT
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Integrationsfähigkeiten, ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
