Enterprise Sales Leader

The Enterprise Sales Leader is a quota-carrying team member who is responsible for the acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing clients.

They have deep domain knowledge of Clearwater, its products, and/or the addressable markets and are willing to share this knowledge with a team. They facilitate the end to end sales process by identifying pain points and offering solutions in initial calls, demos, meetings, at conferences, and in the market. They create and maintain relationships with prospects, clients, and other influencers in the market, while teaching prospects how to buy Clearwater and solving complex problems throughout the sales cycle. They develop new accounts and/or expand existing accounts within an established territory/product line.

**Responsibilities**:
- Carries a minimum quota of $4M- Understands all markets we serve.- Able to successfully answer questions from other senior sales members and is seen as a CW encyclopedia.- Deep accounting and finance knowledge.- Mastered the art of the CW demo, but shows eagerness for continuous improvement.- With their first-hand experience for their assigned Target Addressable Market/Ideal Customer Profile they are able to successfully guide prospects through the sales cycle with stories from previous experiences.- Market expert and full market participant.- Has established relationships with prospects, clients, consultants, and other market influencers.- Does not rely on the features of the Clearwater system or Clearwater's market share to help them gain trust and win business.- Develops successful sales strategy for assigned team and market and influences functional peer groups' strategy as well.- Responsible for helping with all sales activities.- Strong presentation and writing skills for client-facing activities.- Person is a proactive mentor to new sales members and capable of successfully training other employees on CW tools and activities.- Minimum cumulative closed won revenue >$15M.- Requires little to no supervision on a day-to-day basis.- Owner in the deal sheets process and ensures accurate and thorough completion.

**Requirements**:
- 5+ years’ experience running the full sales cycle (cold call to contract)- Deep experience working with the Investment Management space- General understanding of investments and/or GAAP or Statutory accounting- Proven record of exceeding goals/quotas- Superb interpersonal and presentation skills- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Ability to work independently but within a team environment- High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.- Strong negotiating skills within a context of political sensitivity and conflicting interests.- Willingness to travel
