**IHRE AUFGABEN**:

- Betriebswirtschaftlicher Berater/Sparringspartner für den zentralen Vertrieb und Ansprechpartner für den regionalen und lokalen Vertrieb
- Single Point of Truth für betriebswirtschaftliche Fragestellungen zur Vertriebsperformance
- Steuerung des strategischen und operativen Planungsprozesses für unser globales Kundenportfolio mit Fokus auf die unterschiedlichen Stellschrauben der Kundenprofitabilität
- Entwicklung und Optimierung unternehmensweiter Kennzahlen des Vertriebes
- Erarbeitung, Initiierung und Durchsetzung ergebnissichernder und verbessernder Maßnahmen im Vertrieb
- Erstellung von Abweichungsanalysen
- Planung, Durchführung und Verbesserung gesamtheitlicher Controllingprozesse
- Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung von Systemen
- Verantwortung für die Pflege der Daten
- Unterstützung bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen durch die Aufbereitung und Präsentation von komplexen Analysen der Vertriebsergebnisse

**DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft mit dem Schwerpunkt Finanzen und Controlling wünschenswert
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit verschiedenen Datenbanken
- Sehr gute analytische und Konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsstärke
