**Aufgaben**
- Übernahme und Bearbeitung von Fachthemen rund um den Themenbereich Compliance
- Verantwortlich für die Konzeption und Aufbau eines Compliance-Management Systems inklusive Bereitschaft zur Übernahme eigener Prozessverantwortung
- Bearbeitung von Risikoanalysen, Reportings, Kontrollen sowie Erstellung und Implementierung von Risiken
- Enge Abstimmung und Kommunikation mit den Compliance-Verantwortlichen sowie den Verantwortlichen weiterer Management
- und Kontrollsysteme
- Vorbereitung und Koordination von Meetings, insbesondere mit anderen Bereichen und Ansprechpersonen in den internationalen Tochtergesellschaften
- Sensibilisierung der Belegschaft inkl. Konzeption und Durchführung von Schulungen
- Betreuung der im Bereich genutzten IT-Systeme als fachliche Ansprechperson (z. B. Aktenverwaltungsprogramm, Compliance-Software, E-Learnings etc.)
- Kompetenter Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) im Kollegenkreis und für relevanten Schnittstellen bei der Weiterentwicklung des Compliance-Management-Systems in einem internationalen Umfeld

**Anforderungen**
- Abgeschlossenes rechtswissenschaftliches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, z. B. Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL), Business Administration, Volkswirtschaftslehre (VWL), alternativ eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Rechtsanwalts
- oder Notarfachangestellten (m/w/d)
- Eine der Position angemessene Berufserfahrung. Idealerweise verfügen Sie auch über vertiefte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in Bezug auf Risikomanagement
- und Interne Kontrollsysteme sowie die effiziente Verknüpfung der verschiedenen Systeme
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie ein sicheres und souveränes Auftreten
- Freude am konzeptionellen Arbeiten
- Freude und Verständnis für die Nutzung und Betreuung von IT-Systemen
- Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
