Administration Coordinator

**Aufgaben**:
- Organisatorische und administrative Unterstützung des Category Group Teams
- Koordination der internen Schnittstellenpartner (z.B. Logistik, Legal) und Übernahme der Kommunikation mit Märkten und Lieferanten
- Vorbereitung, Überwachung und Nachbereitung von Verhandlungen Übernahme der Zusammenfassung der Produkt
- und Industriedaten
- Pflege und Erfassung der Sell-In/Sell-Out Prämien in einem Datenerfassungstool sowie Qualitätssicherung
- Zusammenfassung des Inputs zu Budgets, Business Cases, usw. der Category Buyers und Forecast an Controlling
- Aufbereitung einkaufsspezifischer Kennzahlen / Darstellung zur Vorbereitung auf Strategie und Verhandlungsgespräche mit unseren Partnern
**Profil**:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung sowie erste Berufserfahrung idealerweise im Category Management wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit Datenerfassungssoftwares
- Augesprägte Fähigkeiten zum detaillierten Arbeiten sowie Zahlenaffinität sowie eine strukturierte, analytische und organisierte Vorgehensweise
- Erfahrener Umgang mit MS-Office-Produkten Hohe Team
- und Serviceorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Als Administration Coordinator (m/w/d) sind Sie Teil einer Arbeitsgruppe (Assortment/Display Planner, Category Buyer, sowie Forecast/Demand Planner) und in dieser unter anderem für die administrativen Aufgaben zuständig.
