**Deine Mission bei ]init[**:
Du begeisterst Dich für Softwareentwicklung und strebst eine Führungsposition an? In unserem Implementation-Bereich ist noch eine Vakanz als **Team Lead Quality Assurance (m/w/d)** für eine bestehende Unit in Berlin zu besetzen. Du übernimmst die Personalverantwortung, begeisterst das Team und förderst Mitarbeitende deiner Unit. Wir freuen uns von dir zu hören.

**Das gibt es zu tun**:

- Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören die selbstständige Koordination des Teams sowie die Verantwortung für das Ressourcenmanagement und das Reporting
- Du übernimmst das Controlling des wirtschaftlichen Erfolgs deines Teams
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Umsetzung der Wachstumsstrategie durch Einstellung, Weiterentwicklung und Bindung deiner Mitarbeitenden
- Parallel realisierst du innovative digitale Projekte gemäß deiner Vorerfahrung als Test Engineer (m/w/d), Project Manager (m/w/d), Requirements Engineer (m/w/d), Product Owner (m/w/d), Scrum Master (m/w/d) oder Software Developer (m/w/d)
- Außerdem wirkst du bei der Erstellung von Angebotstexten, Kalkulationen und Pitches mit

- Gestaltungswillen für die Weiterentwicklung und die Professionalisierung einer Quality Assurance Unit
- Motivation, in eine Führungsrolle reinzuwachsen und dein Team weiterzuentwickeln
- Selbständigkeit und die Bereitschaft, dich eng mit anderen Unit Manager:innen abzustimmen
- Spaß, dich in die unterschiedlichen fachlichen Themen deiner Mitarbeitenden zu denken und sie zu unterstützen
- Langjährige Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung, Projektleitung, Beratung oder in der Entwicklung
- Spaß an technischen Fragestellungen, Präsentationen und Workshops
- Sicheres Know-how in den Bereichen Qualitätssicherung und Webtechnologien
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
