WOFÜR WIR SIE SUCHEN

In Ihrer Funktion als „Professional Talent Acquisition (m/w/d)” sind Sie mitverantwortlich für den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess eines zugewiesenen Standorts. Dies umfasst u. a. folgende Aufgaben:

- Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenanzeigen auf verschiedenen Jobportalen
- Sichtung und Bewertung der eingehenden Bewerbungen sowie die entsprechende Weiterleitung an die Fachbereiche
- Durchführung von telefonischen Prechecks und digitalen Vorstellungsgesprächen in deutscher sowie englischer Sprache
- Beratung und Unterstützung der Standorte in Bezug auf Recruiting, Employer-Branding-Maßnahmen und Kampagnen
- Sparringspartner für unsere Hiring Manager (m/w/d) in allen Fragen rund um den Recruiting-Prozess
- Regelmäßige Abstimmung/Kommunikation mit der lokalen HR-Abteilung

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen mit Schwerpunkt Personal
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Recruiting
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

**Die Stelle ist zunächst auf zwei Jahre befristet, mit Aussicht auf eine Übernahme in ein unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis.**
