**MONCLER** ist aktuell auf der Suche nach einem **Client Advisor (Voll
- oder Teilzeit)**, mit befristetem Vertrag von Oktober 2023 bis Ende Februar 2024, um unser wunderbares **München Flagship Store **Team in der kommenden Winterzeit zu unterstützen.

Der Client Advisor, mit einer makellosen Präsentation sowie einer natürlichen Eleganz überzeugend, nimmt jeden einzelnen Kunden mit auf eine Reise durch unsere Firmenwerte und unser kulturelles Erbe; hierbei erlangt der Client Advisor ein gutes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse des Kunden und trägt dazu bei, eine langfristige und profitable Beziehung aufzubauen.

Gemeinsam mit dem Team ist der Client Advisor dafür verantwortlich, mit Hilfe der Erreichung seiner individuellen Ziele, die kollektiven Meilensteine zu erreichen.

**Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Gewährleistung einer einzigartigen Kundenerfahrung; setzt die Weichen für eine langfristige Beziehung; übernimmt Verantwortung für alle Phasen des Verkaufs; ist mit After Sales und Clienteling vertraut und erschafft eine angenehme und willkommene Atmosphäre;
- Erreichung exzellenter Verkaufsleistungen und -resultate;
- Implementierung und Unterstützung der visuellen Standards - in Kooperation mit dem Visual Merchandising Central Europe Team - im Store; ist verantwortlich für Replenishment und Lagermanagement;
- Aktive Kooperation während der Vorbereitung und Ausführung von Inventuren;
- Effektive und enthusiastische Teamarbeit; Vermittlung von Energie und Motivation und ist ein zuverlässiger Partner.

**Anforderungen**:

- Vorangegangene Erfahrung in verkäuferischen Aktivitäten; Erfahrung in Fashion/Luxus/Retail ist von Vorteil;
- Leidenschaft für Einzelhandel und Kundenservice; hervorragende Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung, kommerzielles Mindset;
- Exzellentes Verständnis für das Luxussegment an sich, sowie den daraus einhergehenden Produkten;
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil;
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten;
- Wille, sich innerhalb des Unternehmens zu entwickeln;
- Affinität für ein digitales Umfeld, sowie offen für neue Arbeitsansätze.
