The Gaming Solutions tribe is responsible for developing and providing clients with iGaming products and Virtual Sports products, which offer visualisation and betting on simulated sports to drive additional engagement and revenue opportunities for sportsbooks. We build the products using computer vision and world-class motion capture technology and the company’s real sports data to produce the most realistic Gaming Solutions in the market. Virtual Sports ensure clients have a 24/7 offering with a betting experience just like real sports, even when real events aren’t on. The Gaming Solutions portfolio includes a range of Virtual Football tournaments, Virtual Basketball, Virtual Horses, Virtual Dogs, Virtual Tennis In-Play, Virtual Baseball In-Play, and Virtual Cricket In-Play.

Reporting to the Head of Programme Management for the Fan Engagement vertical, this role is responsible for the programme management for all product delivery initiatives in Gaming Solutions. They will lead a diverse team to ensure a smart and agile delivery of strategies within the tribe. The role will drive efficiency, rigour and excellence in terms of aligning the strategies of the group, the vertical and the engineering group into the tribe programmes.

As Programme Management Lead (M/F/d) you will be responsible for implementing the best programme and delivery management practices to enable the successful delivery of measurable business outcomes in an incremental manner. Through this, you will lead in executing improvements in business agility and will influence and evangelise the continuous improvement mindset and agile at scale.

As a part of the leadership team, you´ll be responsible for transparent, fact-based and decision-ready communication of recent or future programmes. A further key focus will be ensuring the coordination of complex programmes across teams (Tribes) and functional groups, whilst keeping key stakeholders fully up-to-date on status (including facilitating impediment resolution and managing risks).

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:

- Servant leadership to optimise the team capabilities to drive high quality and efficient delivery to maximise business outcomes
- Contribute to the development of methods and concepts that will enhance program execution consistency and effectiveness, as well as predictability, alignment, and visibility.
- Provide planning, milestone management, scope management, and resource forecasting.
- Establish a centralized system of project governance and prioritization.
- Ensure cross-programme (cross-tribe) dependencies are managed effectively.
- Ensure the business outcome from large programmes are identified, quantified and measured.
- Responsible for compiling financial and KPI information so that initiatives are kept on track and within quality criteria and deliver and maintain a service for resource tracking and capacity planning among programmes.
- Maintain and update a Risk Log, Action Log, Decisions Log, and Issue Register.
- Coordinate key delivery closure retrospectives to distil good practice and ensure lessons learned are logged.
- Ensure efficient change control methods and processes are in place.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in project management, within the AGILE context (Lean/ 6 Sigma/ PRINCE2 methodology or equivalent) for medium to large-sized projects.
- Experience with leading, managing and developing teams in a high-growth digital company, operating a Spotify delivery model.
- Proven track record for planning, executing, controlling and closing a diverse range of projects and programmes (e.g. small/large/complex) and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with mínimal supervision.
- SOX, ISO, Corporate Systems & Compliance Programmes experience highly desirable
- Strong skills in creating and maintaining project plans, delivery dashboards, and delivery roadmaps including risks, actions, issues and dependencies.
- Strong skills in dependency mapping, risk management and resource planning.
- Objectives and key results and Flight level coordination experience highly desirable.
