**The Marketing Director role and the Team
We’re looking for a Marketing Director, based in Germany, to develop a strategic marketing plan that drives clear positioning and visibility in Guestline’s target segments, as well as supporting the sustained growth of the business into new market segments. In this role, strong leadership is essential with an understanding of how to motivate the team to perform at their best and nurture their creativity.

You will be successful in this role if you have solid experience in B2B SaaS marketing and have worked within the hotel industry and with hospitality systems, bringing with you insight into the competitive hospitality landscape across Europe.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and oversee the implementation of a strategic marketing plan that supports key business objectives which will include:

- Determination of the key market segments to address
- Development of the propositions to target segments
- Development and delivery of the campaigns
- Own the integrity of the brand and manage adherence to brand guidelines adapting them as required in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing Director and CEO
- Drive improved conversion through highly effective sales enablement initiatives
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and ROI analysis
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform product development and marketing decisions
- Work with Customer Success to drive customer engagement, retention, and advocacy through effective customer segmentation and targeted marketing programs
- Develop and nurture relationships with key industry influencers and partners
- Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve department goals
