Die energielösung GmbH ist aktiver Mitgestalter der Energiewende und arbeitet jeden Tag daran, elektrisches Laden allen gleichermaßen so einfach wie möglich zugänglich zu machen. Dafür betreiben wir eine der führenden B2C & B2B/2C Online-Plattformen zum Verkauf, zur Beratung und Projektierung von Ladelösungen. Aufgaben
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Bereiche Systemarchitektur, Entwicklung, Auftragsabwicklung & Logistik, Projektmanagement Bau & Betrieb E-Mobility und die technische Beratung nach dem Kauf
- Du sorgst dafür, dass Deine Teams Ihre Rolle bestmöglich erfüllen können - dabei immer im Gesamtkontext handeln und Ihren Teil zur ganzheitlichen Optimierung leisten
- Du lebst kontinuierliche Verbesserung vor und sorgst damit für geeignete Prozesse, Strategien und Strukturen die wesentlich zu unserem Erfolg und unseren Zielen beitragen
- Du führst unsere aktuell 15 Mitarbeiter\*innen aus dem Bereich Tech & Operations fachlich wie disziplinarisch und sorgst für eine Arbeitsatmosphäre, die es jedem ermöglicht sich selbst und damit uns als Firma weiterzuentwickeln
- Du bist als Teil des Leadershipteams maßgeblich an unserer zukünftigen Ausrichtung beteiligt und gestaltest diese aktiv mit

Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium oder über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in leitender Funktion, optimalerweise für crossdivisionale Teams
- Du hast operatives Knowhow aus den Bereichen Projektmanagement, Entwicklung und/oder Customer Support und Logistik - vorzugsweise aus dem Bereich E-Commerce
- Die Menschen stehen für Dich im Mittelpunkt des unternehmerischen Erfolgs
- Du denkst und arbeitest unternehmerisch und bist ein Macher - immer das große Ganze vor Augen und klar in der Kommunikation
- Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch einen strukturierten Ansatz aus, ohne dabei an Geschwindigkeit zu verlieren
- Du bist ein Sympathieträger und zeichnest Dich durch ein sicheres Auftreten und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus
