- WAS SIE MACHEN WERDEN- Sie sind Prozesseigner für den gruppenweiten Rückwarenprozess und damit für die aktive Gestaltung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Prozesses verantwortlich. Abgeleitet aus den Bereichszielen, entwickeln und berichten Sie KPIs an das Senior Management
- Sie übernehmen die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des internationalen Teams in den Aufgabenbereichen Logistik/Bauteilhandhabung sowie Analyse
- Ihnen obliegt die Verantwortung des Budgets für den Betrieb und den Ausbau des Rückwarenbetriebes an den internationalen Standorten der Vaillant Group
- Zusammen mit Ihrem Team verantworten Sie die Durchführung von Analysen oder Bereitstellung von retournierten Geräten und Bauteilen aus Serviceeinsätzen in Abstimmung mit anderen Fachbereichen sowie die Neu
- und Weiterentwicklung von Analysetechniken und Testmethoden
- Basierend auf den Analyseergebnissen leiten Sie Qualitätsverbesserungsmaßnahmen ein und unterstützen den 8D Prozess mit dem Ziel, damit die Produkt
- und Servicequalität zu erhöhen sowie Kosten für Nicht-Qualität zu senken
- In dieser Rolle fungieren Sie als Schnittstelle zu zahlreichen Fachbereichen der Vaillant Gruppe, z.B. R&D, Testing, Lieferantenqualität, Einkauf, Supply Chain und den weltweiten Vertriebs
- und Servicegesellschaften
- WAS SIE MITBRINGEN- Sie besitzen einen Hochschulabschluss in Versorgungstechnik, Maschinenbau oder Elektrotechnik sowie eine technische Berufsausbildung
- Sie können auf 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld mit Führungsverantwortung zurückblicken
- Sie haben profunde Kenntnisse im Bereich Prüfplanung, -durchführung, Qualitätsmethoden sowie logistischen Prozessen
- Idealerweise sind Sie vertraut mit der Technologie von Heizkomponenten und Heizsystemen
- Sie kommunizieren sicher in Deutsch und Englisch im internationalen Umfeld und in crossfunktionalen Teams
- Durchsetzungsstärke, Kommunikationsgeschick und eine analytische Denkweise runden Ihr Profil ab
