**Head of Project Management (w/m/d)**
IHRE AUFGABEN

IHR PROFIL 

Leitung von Karosseriebauprojekten und disziplinarische
Führung des Teams 

Repräsentation der Firma beim Kunden 
Organisation und Durchführung von Steuerkreisen und

Projekttagen 
Verantwortung aller Kundenprojekte am Standort Heilbronn

hinsichtlich Termin, Kosten und Qualität 
Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden

Prozesse innerhalb des Projektmanagements, sowie an den
Schnittstellen zu den Prozesspartnern 

Ressourcenplanung für Neu
- und Akquiseprojekte in
standortübergreifender Abstimmung mit dem Head of
Project Management am Standort Teublitz 

Regelmäßiges Reporting an den Leiter Technische
Planung/Projektmanagement 

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium
z.B. Maschinenbau o.ä. 

Idealerweise mit vorangegangener abgeschlossener
Ausbildung 

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer
Position im Projektmanagement eines
Unternehmens im Automotive-Umfeld 

Sehr gutes technisches Wissen in Karosseriebau
- abläufen sowie kaufmännische Kenntnisse 

Verhandlungssicheres Englisch, gepaart mit der
Fähigkeit ein Team zu Höchstleistungen zu
motivieren 

Hohes Maß an Organisationsfähigkeit,
Zuverlässigkeit und Eigenverantwortung
