**Intro**:
Carbmee is an enterprise software company headquartered in Berlin. We offer a cloud solution that enables companies to analyse, manage & reduce their carbon footprint. We measure our success in the greenhouse gas emission reduction of our customers.
We're looking for someone ready to get stuck into all things related to decarbonization - through your own research and relationships you'll establish with experts, you'll become a key strategic position at Carbmee. Leveraging both your interest in climate change and business, you'll be the eyes and ears of industry, bridging the gap between go-to-market activities and product development.
**Your tasks**:
- Provide strategic advice and support for our biggest customers to help them develop and implement decarbonization strategies
- Work closely with the Decarbonization & Partnerships Director to expand our business ecosystem and partnerships and inspire companies with the opportunity to drastically reduce their carbon emissions on the supply chain
- Establish strong relationships with new and existing customers, develop customized solutions and build the value case for our product through presentations and business cases propositions
- Bring in climate strategy knowledge, identify new opportunities and develop proposals for our go-to-market strategy to boost the impact of our software solution
- Join the Carbmee team as first climate strategy expert and get the unique opportunity to work with the biggest organizations in the world to help them reduce carbon emissions
**Your profile**:
- Extensive knowledge and professional experience consulting in the sustainability/climate field working with big enterprises on climate reduction strategies and programs of scope 3 emission activities
- You are an expert in building and strengthening B2B partnerships with companies and managing partners/customers relationships
- Deep understanding of technical decarbonisation solutions combined with a business-oriented mindset to support our customers implementing decarbonization and net-zero strategies
- You are an excellent communicator, able to adapt your communication to different situations, scenarios and stakeholders
- Ideally, you are fluent in both German and English
- You are passionate about business sustainability, carbon emissions management, and decarbonisation strategy development in alignment with Carbmee’s mission and vision
- A data-driven and critical thinker, with excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- You define yourself as a supportive team player with a strong work ethic, eager to learn and work independently as well as in a fast-paced team environment
- You are excited to join our diverse and international team either remotely (within Germany) or in our Berlin office

Carbmee is an Enterprise Software Company that offers an Environmental Intelligence System, enabling companies to reduce their carbon footprint by analyzing CO2 hotspots in your value chain. By linking emissions derived from materials, transactions, logistics and supplier data in real-time with globally recognized standards and methods, we calculate CO2 footprints at a supplier-specific level. This is the basis for subsequent reductions of CO2 emissions throughout the value chain.
