A staggering 23 million properties in our country are woefully inefficient, resulting in an excessive 70 million tons of CO2 emissions annually. We aim to revolutionize the energy transition by providing comprehensive support to homeowners.
Your Mission- You will collaborate with our Director of Strategy & Growth to develop and optimize business models, processes, and strategies that drive growth and efficiency.
- You will conduct research on new verticals, formulate hypotheses, and validate them through pragmatic tests and MVPs.
- You will analyze critical business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose optimization approaches.
- You will present your findings directly to our leadership team, driving informed decision-making.
- You possess a Master's degree in economics or a related field from a renowned university.
- Prior experience in VCs, green-tech startups, or top-tier strategy consultancies is highly desirable.
- You can quickly grasp complex concepts, approach problems with a hypothesis-driven mindset, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- You value self-organization, sound judgment, and effective decision-making skills.
- Your excellent language skills in German and English will enable you to communicate effectively with our global team.
