**Clinical Research Associate (CRA)/ Klinische:r Monitor:in (m/w/d) -**
**Standort Berlin/Norddeutschland (100% Homeoffice oder Büro Berlin)**

Als Clinical Research Associate (m/w/d) fungieren Sie als Bindeglied zwischen der GWT und den beauftragten Studienzentren. In regelmäßigen Abständen besuchen Sie die Zentren im Großraum Berlin/Norddeutschland. Die administrativen Aufgaben erledigen Sie flexibel aus dem Home-Office, welches sich im Einzugsgebiet der Studienzentren befinden sollte.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
**Diese Aufgaben warten auf Sie**:

- Überwachung der ordnungsgemäßen Durchführung der klinischen Prüfungen gemäß ICH-GCP-Richtlinien, gesetzlichen Bestimmungen, Prüfplänen und SOPs
- Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und Patientensicherheit sowie der Einhaltung von Zeit
- und Zielvorgaben
- Abgleichen der Quellen entsprechend der Studienvorgaben (Monitoring Plan, Protokoll) und Prüfung der Investigator Site Files sowie der unerwünschten Ereignisse
- Reporting im Rahmen der Monitoraktivitäten
- Berichtswesen und Einleitung erster Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen und Verstößen
- Unterstützung bei Audits und Inspektionen

**Ihr Profil**
**Diese Fähigkeiten sollten Sie mitbringen**:

- Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder medizinisches Studium (Biologie, Chemie, Pharmazie, Medizin, etc.) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen als CTA, CRA, Study Nurse, Studienassistenz, Medizinische Dokumentationsassistenz, PTA, MTA, u.ä. Gesundheitsberufe mit Monitor-Erfahrungen im Bereich der klinischen Forschung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Regularien und gesetzlichen Anforderungen im Rahmen von klinischen Studien sowie ICH-GCP als Leitkomponente
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gutes Englisch
- Fähigkeit, selbständig aus dem Homeoffice zu arbeiten
- Eigenverantwortlichkeit, Effizienz und ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit
- Flexibilität, Motivation und Teamfähigkeit
- Standort und Reisebereitschaft im norddeutschen Raum erforderlich
