Ihre Aufgaben

Globale budgetseitige Investmentplanung & Monitoring für die ACEMEA-Regionen (Strategische Planung, Budget & Forecast)

Operative Budget-Planung von Personell Costs & Non-Personell Costs für die EMEA Operations-Einheiten

Integraler Bestandteil bei übergeordneten strategischen Initiativen inkl. Projektleitung /SCRUM

Aufbau eines digitalen Lean Performance Management System inkl. globalem Roll-out

Businessseitiges Kennzahlenreporting und -tracking

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem operativen Senior-Management sowie HR & den Controllingseinheiten

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes BWL-Studium oder vergleichbares Studium

Erste Erfahrung im Controlling, gerne produktionsnah

Gerne erste Erfahrungen in optimierenden Tätigkeiten und/oder der Umsetzung von Digitalisierungslösungen

Innovatives, bereichs-übergreifendes Denken; strukturierter Angang, gepaart mit Zielorientierung und Umsetzungsstärke

Hohe Flexibilität und eigenständige Arbeitsweise, gleichzeitig jedoch auch Teamplayer

Deutsch und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift (B2)
