About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student Operational Controlling to support our global budget-side investment planning and monitoring for the ACEMEA regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting strategic planning, budget, and forecast for the ACEMEA regions
  • Operational budget planning and tracking of personnel costs and non-personnel costs for EMEA operations units
  • Participating in overarching strategic initiatives, including project management and SCRUM
  • Providing business-side key figure reporting and tracking
  • Digitalizing controlling processes and KPIs using PowerAutomate, PowerApp, and PowerBI

Requirements:

  • Student (f/m/d) industrial engineering or business administration or comparable studies
  • High interest in optimizing activities
  • Initial experience with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Innovative, cross-departmental thinking
  • Structured approach, goal orientation
  • High flexibility and independent way of working, but also a team player
