Digital Hype Planning Internship with World Leading

We are looking for passionate students to join our Digital team for a 6-month Internship.

With sport playing an increasingly important role in more and more peoples’ lives, both on and off the field of play, we operate in a highly attractive industry. Based on our deep understanding of our consumer and the authenticity of our brand, we push the boundaries of products, experiences, and services. We do so according to our strategy, which allows us to fully capitalize on the acceleration of favorable long-term structural trends.

**Start Dates: September 16th, 2024.**

**Duration: 6 months**

The Digital Hype Planning team is responsible for planning and coordinating Hype activities across ecommerce platforms, including Hype drops from key partnerships.

In close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, we deliver the ultimate hype consumer experience across markets and platforms.

With stakeholders ranging from markets to Global BU, the Planning team is involved in campaign execution at all stages.

Our responsibility is to oversee the calendar and give clarity around what will launch when and how. We then ensure all elements are brought together in time for a smooth execution.

**Possible responsibilities**:

- Provide planning support to enable campaigns & product launches
- Support the execution and completion of project plans
- Effectively coordinate people and resources
- Assist with maintaining and tracking team tasks
- Communicate updates to the wider business
- Identify and implement process improvements (in partnership with Market and Global teams)
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, collect feedback, and address it within the team.
- Assist with presentation preparation for internal and external team meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Student of Business, eCommerce, Sales, Marketing, Digital or a related field
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
- Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
- Availability for the full duration of the internship from September 2024 - March 2025
- Strong MS Office skills
- Experience in managing highly complex processes, involving multiple teams in different geographies.
- Attention to details, quick comprehension, good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong interest & passion for Lifestyle & Fashion
