**Leiter/in Customer Service (m/w/d)**
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
**Customer Service Team**:
- Aufbau und Leitung des Customer Service Teams
- Organisation und Optimierung der Auftragsabwicklung
- Technischen Klärung
- Auftragsbearbeitung
- Rechnungstellungsprozess bis zur Auslieferung im Bereich Anlagen und Ersatzteile
- Koordination der Schnittstellenthemen mit internen Abteilungen bzw. externen Servicepartnern
- Aufbau Ersatzteilgeschäft und anderen Business Units
- Aufbau von Kundenkontakten mit dem Ziel des aktiven Ersatzteilvertriebs
- Definition des Ersatzteilportfolios und Koordination mit den internen Abteilungen (Konstruktion und Einkauf)
**Service Organisation**:
- Aufbau und Leitung unserer Serviceorganisation im Hinblick auf Kundenkontakt und Auftragsabwicklung über das Customer Service Team
- Ersatzteilverfügbarkeit und Service beim Kunden
- Strukturierung des Teams zur Umsetzung der Service Offensive 2024
**Allgemein**:
- Überarbeitung des Produktportfolios
- Preisgestaltung und Kalkulation
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Serviceoffensive/Restrukturierung
- Strukturierung der Vertriebskanäle
- Einführung von Prozessen und Abbildung der Vertriebsstruktur im ERP (ams.ERP)
- Einführung von einem kennzahlenbasierten Controlling im Vertrieb
- Reporting an die Geschäftsführung
**Ihr Profil**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation bzw. betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Technisches Verständnis (ggf. technische Zusatzqualifikation)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Customer Service
- Strukturiertheit und hohe Methodenkompetenz (u.a. Prozesskompetenz)
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Hands on Mentalität
