Wir suchen engagierte und ambitionierte Professionals, die bereit sind, sich in einer strategischen Schlüsselposition im Vertriebsinnendienst einzubringen und unsere Vertriebsprozesse zu optimieren. **Head of Sales Operations und Customer Service (m/w/d)**

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Führung und Organisation:

- Leitung des Vertriebsinnendienstes bzw. des Customer Service Teams
- Stärkung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen und Aufbau neuer strategischer Partnerschaften
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und externen Servicepartnern
- Aufbau und Leitung einer Business Unit, um strategische Geschäftsziele zu erreichen
- Prozessoptimierung:

- Einführung und Standardisierung von Prozessen im Team zur Professionalisierung und Beschleunigung der Abläufe
- Organisation und Verbesserung der Auftragsabwicklung
- Optimierung der Serviceorganisation und Erstellung von Serviceprozessen
- Verwaltung und optimale Nutzung des eingeführten ERP-Systems (ams.ERP)
- Strategische Aufgaben:

- Definition und Analyse des Angebotsportfolios
- Überwachung der Vertriebskennzahlen und Vertriebscontrolling
- Preisgestaltung und Kalkulation Nutzung der Daten zur strategischen Entscheidungsfindung für die Business Unit **Dein Profil**:

- Hochschulabschluss in einem relevanten Fachbereich wie Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Betriebswirtschaft
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und ein gutes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und Marktdynamiken
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, sowohl strategisch als auch praktisch zu arbeiten
- Initiative und Engagement, um Veränderungen voranzutreiben und Prozesse aktiv zu gestalten und zu verbessern
