About The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Sales Administrator to work alongside our Sales team for the EMEA Markets. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will support the Sales team with contracts, invoice processing and lead generation among other tasks.

The Day to Day:
- Support Russian focused Sales team with contracts and invoice handling.- Ensure invoices and contracts are detailed and accurate.- Deliver contracts to clients.- Communicate internally important feedback from clients related to paperwork and documentation- Handling reassignment requests within Salesforce- Pre-select calls for coaching purposes- Support sales team in the identification and qualification of potential new leads amongst the existing customer base as well as new prospects- Build various reports on the team bookings and activities- Support Management with creating Power point presentations (for Team meetings or internal presentation)

What you’ll bring to the role:
- Native Russian speaker required, must also be fluent in English- Interest and/or knowledge of Russian legal and official documentation required for commercial transactions- Well versed in IT skills specifically Microsoft Office Suite and Sales Force- An administrative or sales background preferred- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of requests- Ability to prioritize own workload.- Strong communication skills.- Must be detail oriented.
