Wir sind ein Startup in der eSports-Branche und entwickeln interaktive Sportwände mit denen wir Menschen zu gesunder Bewegung motivieren wollen. Wir suchen Dich als Verstärkung für unser wachsendes Team.

Unser Game Development ist inzwischen auf fünf Entwickler angewachsen, aber - wie Du auf unserer Website sehen kannst - lässt die Optik unserer Spiele noch viel Raum für Verbesserungen. Und genau da kommst Du ins Spiel Wir sind nicht auf das Medium fixiert - 2D-Grafik, Effekte, Shader oder 3D -, aber wir sind bestrebt, unsere Grafik im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten der integrierten Grafikkarten zu verbessern.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Arbeit an Arcade
- und Sportspielen für MultiBall / LYMB ONE / interactiveSQUASH.
- Neugestaltung und Entwicklung visueller Designs für bestehende und kommende Spiele.
- Produziere qualitativ hochwertige Grafiken (2D, 3D, UX/FX), die mit Low-End-Hardware kompatibel sind.
- Teste und verfeiner deine Kreationen in unserem Showroom.

**Dein Profil**
- Hervorragende Kenntnisse in 2D- und/oder 3D-Grafik und/oder UX/FX-Grafik.
- Die Fähigkeit, visuell beeindruckende und konsistente Grafiken zu erstellen, die auf unsere Plattform zugeschnitten sind.
- Ausgeprägte Design-Instinkte.
- Effizienter, strukturierter Arbeitsstil.
- Fähigkeit, in einem kollaborativen Umfeld zu arbeiten und einen Beitrag zu leisten.
- Fließend in Englisch. Deutsch, wenn möglich.

Zudem wäre es von Vorteil, wenn du deine Assets zu dem direkt in Unity implementieren kannst und Kenntnisse des Shake-Graphen von Unity hast. Du solltest ein gutes Gespür für Spieldesign, unterhaltsames und innovatives Gameplay haben und eine Leidenschaft für Bewegungsspiele.

We are a startup in the eSports industry and develop interactive sports walls with which we want to motivate people to healthy exercise. We are looking for you to join our growing team.

Our game department has grown to five developers, but - as you can see on our website - the visual appearance of our games leaves room for many improvements. That’s where you come in We're not fixated on the medium - 2D art, effects, shaders, or 3D - but we are dedicated to improving our visuals within the capabilities of integrated graphic cards.

**Your tasks**
- Work on arcade and sports games for MultiBall / LYMB ONE / interactiveSQUASH.
- Reimagine and develop visual designs for existing and upcoming games.
- Produce high-quality art assets (2D, 3D, UX/FX) compatible with low-end hardware.
- Test and refine your creations in our showroom.

**Your profile**
- Excellent skills in 2D art, _and/or_ 3D art, _and/or_ UX/FX art.
- Ability to create visually stunning and consistent art tailored to our platform.
- Strong design instincts.
- Efficient, structured working style.
- Ability to work in and contribute to a collaborative environment.
- Fluent in English. German if possible.

furthermore, it would be an advantage if you can implement your assets directly in Unity and have knowledge of Unity's shake graph. You should have a good sense of game design, fun and innovative gameplay, and a passion for motion games.
