Concept Artist

**Introduction**:
We are looking for a talented and imaginative Concept Artist with a deep enthusiasm for automotive culture and racing to join our team at Competition Company. As a Concept Artist, you will collaborate closely alongside our Art Director and other team members, playing a crucial role in the development of cosmetic items, car liveries, environments and other game elements.Your innovative designs will play a pivotal role in igniting excitement, fostering engagement, and enriching the experience for our expanding gaming community.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with the Art Director, Game Designers, and other team members to conceptualize and develop visual design for vehicles, tracks, landscapes, and other game assets.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from the Art Director, Game designers, and other stakeholders.
- Research and gather reference materials, including real-world vehicles, locations, and racing events, to ensure authenticity and accuracy in the game’s visual representation.
- Generate sketches, mood boards, and color studies exploring different artistic directions.
**Your profile**:
- At least 2+ years industry AA or AAA game experience as a Concept Artist.
- Portfolio demonstrating artistic and conceptual skills.
- Strong understanding of fundamental art principles such as composition, perspective, color theory and lighting.
- Proficiency in digital art softwares (Adobe Photoshop or equivalent).
- Passion for racing games and a deep appreciation for automotive design, including familiarity with different vehicle types, brands and racing disciplines.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Has an organized and structured approach to your work tasks.
- Eager to explore new tools and broaden your knowledge in the field.
- Fluent in English.

- Experience with SimRacing modding.
- Experience in motorsport, racing games or competitive e-sport.
