Team Assistant Category Management

**Vos tâches**
**Rôle & Responsabilités**:
- Bras droit du Category Manager.
- Point de contact principal pour les fournisseurs luxembourgeois via courriel, téléphone, etc.
- Gestion et planification efficace des tâches, avec une capacité à jongler entre différentes responsabilités.
- Gestion des données : Assurer la précision et l'intégrité des données relatives aux produits et aux fournisseurs dans les systèmes internes.
- Collaboration interdépartementale : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes des ventes, du marketing et de la logistique pour garantir une mise sur le marché efficace des produits.
- Communication fluide à tous les niveaux, en interne comme en externe.
- Mise à jour et publication de documents internes.
- Remplacement et soutien en cas d'absence des collègues.
**Vos atouts**
- Diplôme supérieur en marketing ou communication.
- Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire. Les profils juniors sont également considérés.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
- Rigoureux, précis et doté de solides compétences administratives.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais. La connaissance du portugais est un atout.
- Aisance avec la suite Office, Excel en particulier.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des initiatives.
- Un contrat à durée déterminée pouvant déboucher sur un CDI.
