**Rollenbeschreibung**:
Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Personalbereich am Standort Darmstadt suchen wir Sie als People Advisor (w/m/d).

**Rollenverantwortung**:
- Eigenständige Durchführung sämtlicher personaladministrativer Tätigkeiten entlang des Employee Lifecycle vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt (z. B. Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Vertragsänderungen und sonstigen Dokumenten)
- Beratung und Begleitung bei komplexen Themenstellungen (z. B. Beförderungen, Eingliederung ins Job Framework, Disziplinarmaßnahmen, Kritikgesprächen, arbeitgeberseitige Trennungen)
- Verlässliche*r Ansprechpartner*in für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter*innen im operativen HR-Tagesgeschäft für einen definierten Unternehmensbereich
- Arbeit im Personalmanagementsystem Oracle HCM
- Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports
- Aktive Mitarbeit an lokalen und globalen HR-Projekten und selbständige Übernahme kleinerer eigener Projekte
- Optimierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Personalprozessen und Schnittstellen
- Sonstige administrative Tätigkeiten
**Qualifikationen & Erfahrung**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor, Master, Diplom), vorzugsweise im Bereich Personalmanagement oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Personalfachkaufmann/-frau)
- Mehrjährige weitreichende Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion, darüber hinaus sind Erfahrungen im Shared-Service-Personalbereich eines internationalen Unternehmens wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Arbeitsrechts-Kenntnisse
- Erfahrungen in der Anwendung von Oracle HCM
- Ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Genauigkeit sowie Serviceorientierung
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Flexibilität
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel, Word, PowerPoint und OneNote
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
