Zum 1.9. 2023 startet das globale Trainee-Programm "Financial Development Program (FDP)". Dieses spannende Programm besteht aus vier Rotationen über zwei Jahre, um dich bestmöglich auf Positionen im Finanzmanagement im Konzern vorzubereiten.

Die Rollen sind darauf ausgelegt, dir dabei zu helfen, außergewöhnliche Funktions
- und Führungsqualitäten zu entwickeln, indem du an einer Vielzahl von Projekten arbeitest und gleichzeitig ein breites Netzwerk mit unterschiedlichen Führungskräften im Konzern aufbaust. Dies wird dich auf die Überholspur zu zukünftigen Führungspositionen im Finanzbereich bei AbbVie bringen:

- Du sammelst wertvolle Erfahrung, indem du funktionsübergreifend in einer Matrixumgebung arbeitest
- Du wirst an wichtigen Schulungen teilnehmen und entwickelst / schärfst somit deinen Geschäftssinn
- Du erhältst während deiner Traineezeit einen Senior Leader Mentor (all genders) als Coach zugeteilt
- In Deutschland lernst du unsere Standorte Wiesbaden und Ludwigshafen kennen
- Du erhältst erforderliche Schulungsmodule, z.B. zum Aufbau von Fähigkeiten in der Kostenrechnung
- Im Laufe deiner zwei Jahre als Trainee wirst du vier separate berufliche Stationen absolvieren, zum Beispiel in den folgenden Bereichen:

- Financial Analysis
- Budget-, Plans Forecasting
- Reporting & Controlling
- Manufacturing Operations Controlling
- Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss des zweijährigen Rotationsprogramms sollst du in eine Vollzeitposition als Finanzanalyst innerhalb der AbbVie Finance Organisation übernommen werden
- Im Rahmen des Traineeprogramms wirst du für deine erste und zweite 6-monatige Rotation in Deutschland eingesetzt und für deine dritte und vierte Rotation an zwei globale Standorte, z.B. innerhalb Europas oder der USA, diese Rotationen richten sich nach dem geschäftlichen Bedarf
- Du verfügst über einen erfolgreichen Abschluss eines Master-Studiums in einer Disziplin mit Bezug zum Finanz
- und/oder Rechnungswesen sowie starke akademische Leistungen im Bereich Rechnungswesen
- Bereitschaft zu 2 sechsmonatigen Rotationen außerhalb Deutschlands
- Du bringst mindestens ein Praktikum im Bereich Finanz
- oder Rechnungswesen mit
- Du verfügst über hervorragende Fähigkeiten zur Problemlösung
- Du hast außergewöhnliche zwischenmenschliche und "leadership"-Fähigkeiten, z.B. Engagement in einer Studentenorganisation, Freiwilligenarbeit, etc. wären von Vorteil
- Deine Stärken liegen in der Teamarbeit, Anpassungsfähigkeit, Innovation, Initiative und Integrität
- Du arbeitest gut in einer kollaborativen Teamumgebung
- Du bringst kompetente Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft Word, Excel und PowerPoint, etc. mit
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch und Englisch, Kenntnisse in weiteren Sprachen sind von Vorteil
