**Wir suchen Sie im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung in Teilzeit (18,75h/ Woche) als**:
**Senior Associate Outcomes Research (m/w/d)**:
**Das sind Ihre Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte**:
- Eigenverantwortliche Pflege des Study Master Files von nicht-interventionellen Studien im Bereich outcomes research
- Anlage sowie Pflege des study master file (SMF)
- Pflege von elektronischen und Papierdokumentendateien sowie Ablageorganisation und ordnungsgemäße Archivierung in digitalen CMCS Systemen (z.B. gdms)
- Zusammenstellen von Unterlagen zur Einreichung von outcomes research Studien
- Selbständiges Überwachen der internen Standardvorgaben (SOPs) und interne Kommunikation aktueller Compliance Themen
- Selbständige Erstellung und Pflege studienrelevanter Tracking Tools
- Eigenverantwortliches operationales Vendorenmanagement
- Verwaltung von studienspezifischen Schulungen für die Dienstleister
- Eigenverantwortliches Management von Projekt
- oder Honorarverträgen zur Vereinbarung von projektbezogenen Dienstleistungen für outcomes research Studien
- Auftragsmanagement (Bestellmanagement, Kommunikation mit dem Service Center, Rechnungsprüfung inklusiver interner Freigabe und Ablage sowie „trouble shooting“, Tracking und Dokumentation der Zahlungen)
- Selbständiges Management des Projektbudgets
- Eigenverantwortliches Budgetmanagement (z.B. Anlage von Projektnummern, Kostenstellenkontrolle / Rechnungswesen)
- Selbständiges Budget-Tracking
- Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Organisation von Besprechungen und Treffen mit internen und externen Partnern sowie Dokumentation in Meeting Minutes
**Das bringen Sie mit**:
- Abgeschlossene juristische, kaufmännische oder medizinische Ausbildung (z.B. medizinischer Dokumentar) oder naturwissenschaftlicher Universitätsabschluss
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der klinischen Forschung oder einem ähnlichen Bereich inklusive Vertragsmanagement
- Erfahrung in Dokumentation, Monitoring und Projektmanagement klinischer Studien
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in GCP/AMG/MPG
- Solide Erfahrung mit den gängigen EDV-Systemen (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project), Datenbank Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Fließende Deutsch
- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
- Selbstständige, gewissenhafte sowie handlungs
- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Teamfähigkeit
- Ausgeprägte Affinität zum analytischen und methodischen Arbeiten
