Zu Ihren neuen Aufgaben gehören u.a.:

- **Management **öffentlich geförderter **F&E&I-Kooperationsprojekte **in diversen für Infineon relevanten, zukunftsorientierte Technologie
- und Anwendungsfeldern - auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene
- **Verantwortung **für das **Management der Projektkonsortien **, bestehend aus internen und externen **F&E-Partnern**:

- **Initiierung und Beantragun **g von nationalen und internationalen **Forschungsprojekten **mit Partnern entlang der Wertschöpfungskette, **v **on Forschungsinstituten bis zu Endanwendern**:

- **Konsortialbildung **, **Projektplanung **, **Budgetierung **sowie **Erstellung **und **Einreichung **von **Projektanträgen**:

- **Unterstützung **verschiedener **Fachbereiche **bei der Auswahl innovativer **Forschungsthemen **im Zusammenhang mit öffentlichen Förderbekanntmachungen

Sie erfüllen erfolgreich die Voraussetzungen wenn Sie:

- Ein **Hochschulstudium **im Bereich der **Ingenieurs
- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften **abgeschlossen haben
- Über **mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung **und idealerweise über Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position verfügen
- Motivation, Leidenschaft und Routine im Management komplexer Projekte mit vielen Partnern und Schnittstellen mitbringen
- Eine **Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung **(z.B. IPMA Level C) vorweisen können
- Hohe T **eam-, Kommunikations
- sowie Organisationsfähigkeiten **, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, **Verlässlichkeit **und **Termintreue **zu Ihren Stärken zählen
- **Erfahrung **im Umgang mit interdisziplinären **Stakeholder-Gruppen **gesammelt haben
- **Deutsch **und **Englisch **verhandlungssicher sprechen und schreiben
