As a subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Bank AG, Mercedes-Benz Bank Service Center in Berlin is responsible for the whole commercial business around financial services for Mercedes-Benz vehicles - from smarts to buses. As the Competence Center for the Retail Collections activities of major Mercedes-Benz Financial Services markets throughout Europe, our diverse and international team is responsible for loss mitigation through the negotiation with customers to reach a payment arrangement. If payment arrangements are not possible, the department is responsible for taking appropriate actions that reduce the potential credit loss for Mercedes-Benz Mobility.

**You will master these tasks:
- Disciplinary leadership of the French Retail Collections Team
- Lead by example to create a positive culture based on our core values
- Motivate and inspire your team members through recognition and open communication
- Steering of French Retail Collections (Early & Late) activities based on the targets
- Agreed on and within the framework of process compliance
- Proactive development of the team, it’s operational performance and preparedness for our future challenges
- Serving as responsible contact point for French Early/Late Retail Collection activities within the department as well as towards the customer entity in France
- Steering of external vendors

**Qualifikationen**:
**What you bring to the table:
- You have a degree in Laws, Business Administration, Economics/Finance or a related field
- You have experience in customer services
- You have experience of several years in leading a team
- Your English is proficient & we expect native French
- You are driven to win
- You are driven to continuously improve
- You have perseverance
- You are strong in negotiation and communications
- You have assertiveness
