Your Responsibilities
- Lead execution of the design, implementation, and analysis of qualitative vignette-based interviews with welfare workers in Switzerland and Spain
- Acquiring the necessary methods skills
- Co-writing research publications
- Conducting independent postdoctoral research

Your Competencies
- A PhD in Political Science, Public Administration or adjacent fields (or close to completion)
- A track record / agenda for excellent academic research in a substantive or methodological area of relevance to the EU-SOCIETY project
- Strong written and oral German and Spanish language skills
- Strong analytical and research skills and an openness to qualitative methods
- The motivation and ability for independent, structured working and problem-solving
- The interpersonal and communication skills and motivation to constructively engage in teamwork
- Qualitative data collection and analysis skills and excellent English skills are an asset
