As a Senior Product Owner (f/m/d) in our Cloud Infrastructure team, you will spearhead initiatives in Azure Cloud technologies. You will be responsible for defining product vision, gathering and translating complex business needs into Azure Cloud solutions, and ensuring our cloud infrastructure aligns with the latest industry trends and organizational goals.

Mission of the Job:
Your mission involves leading Azure Cloud projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and aligning cloud solutions with business objectives. You will play a crucial role in driving cloud strategy, optimizing cloud operations, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance our capabilities in the Azure Cloud environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of our products, engage with stakeholders at all levels, and actively seek ways to improve processes and deliver value to customers. Your proactive problem-solving skills and effective communication will be key to your success in driving product development.

Overall, you will be an integral part of our team, working together to deliver innovative and efficient solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers in the process control and business network space.

**Your next challenge**:

- Leading the development and implementation of Azure Cloud strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology standards.
- Developing and maintaining a cloud roadmap, including new features, enhancements, and infrastructure improvements.
- Collaborating with IT security teams to implement robust security measures within the Azure Cloud framework.
- Managing and optimizing Azure Cloud costs and resources effectively.

**Your profile**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering preferred.
- Equivalent experience or certifications in relevant fields considered.

Professional Experience:

- Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Product Owner or in a similar role such as Project Manager, Team Manager, Consultant, specifically with Azure Cloud projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in cloud computing, especially in Azure Cloud services.
- Proven track record in leading cloud migration projects and managing cloud-based environments.

Must-Have Hard Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of Azure Cloud services and architecture.
- Experience in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Proficiency in creating and prioritizing product backlogs, roadmaps, and user stories.

Additional Skills Required:

- Excellent leadership and communication skills for guiding teams and interacting with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving and decision-making.
- Organizational prowess to handle multiple projects and initiatives.
- Forward-thinking mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and staying abreast of technological advancements in cloud computing.

Certifications (Optional):

- Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), or any certifications related to Advanced Azure certifications or other cloud-related certifications would be a significant advantage.
