Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a HR Generalist (M/F/d) full time and limited for 18 months for our Human Resources department located in Stuttgart, Germany.

Reporting to the Head of HR Germany & Director Labor Relations EMEA, the HR Generalist (M/F/d) will guide & support managers and employees throughout the whole employee life cycle while considering local labor law, contractual agreements, collective agreement, and corporate requirements.

The HR Generalist (M/F/d) role will be responsible for the smooth execution of all operative HR processes i.a. in the fields of Recruiting, Talent Development and Employer Branding while maintaining a good collaboration with the management and Works Council.

What a typical day looks like:

- Consulting as professional advisor for employees and managers in regards of all HR related and labor law topics as well as managing the complete Talent Development process (e.g. Goal Setting, Annual Reflection, Succession Planning);
- Guiding the whole Recruiting Process - incl. interviewing and contract negotiation. Furthermore developing and implementing new Employer Branding concepts;
- Managing the local salary structure incl. salary reviews and promotions;
- Close and trustful collaborating with the Works Council incl. negotiating of workers agreements in addition to taking responsibility for the QMS related HR Process incl. ensuring adherence to this process and participating in audits (ISO/IATF);
- Continuously developing existing HR processes and tools - from the request to the training of managers and employees along with leading international projects independently and taking on special tasks proactively.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Advanced background in economics and HR (e.g. master studies in economics, Human Resources Management) and intermediate working experience in a HR Generalist function;
- Knowledge of German labor law, IG Metall tariff contract and ISO/IATF norms, as well as experience in the collaboration & negotiation with the Works Council;
- International work experience and intercultural competence along with effective verbal & written communication and presentation skills in German and English. C1 - C2 level are expected.
