**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von technischen Dokumentationen, Anleitungen und Handbüchern für unsere cloudbasierten Kommunikationslösungen
- Mitarbeit an benutzerfreundlichen und gut strukturierten Inhalten für verschiedene Zielgruppen (Partner, Kunden, Administratoren, Entwickler usw.)
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachexperten, Entwicklern und Produktmanagern, um technische Informationen zu sammeln und zu strukturieren
- Einhaltung der Unternehmensrichtlinien in Bezug auf Sprache, Stil und Formatierung
- Unterstützung bei der Überarbeitung und Aktualisierung bestehender Dokumentationen entsprechend den Anforderungen und Änderungen
- Unterstützung bei Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen, um die Genauigkeit und Verständlichkeit der Dokumentationen sicherzustellen

**Dein Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich der technischen Kommunikation oder verwandten Fachgebieten
- Erste Erfahrungen als Junior Technical Writer oder in einer ähnlichen Position sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
- Gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute schriftliche und redaktionelle Fähigkeiten mit einem Auge für Detailgenauigkeit
- Grundkenntnisse von Dokumentations
- und Content-Management-Systemen
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, in einem agilen Arbeitsumfeld zu lernen und zu wachsen
- Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Informationen in verständliche Inhalte umzuwandeln
- Interesse an Technologie, insbesondere im Bereich Telekommunikation und Cloud-Lösungen
