**Ihre Chance**:Herzlich willkommen in unserem Global-HR-Team in Worms. Wir verstehen uns als „Vordenker (m/w/d)" und „Treiber (m/w/d)" sämtlicher HR-Themen in der internationalen Röchling-Organisation. Mit einer Vielzahl von HR-Projekten schaffen wir wichtige Grundlagen, um auch in Zukunft rund um den Globus die Talente begeistern, gewinnen und binden zu können, die Röchling weiterbringen. Die Harmonisierung von HR-Standards und -Prozessen spielt dabei eine zentrale Rolle - natürlich auch im Bereich Vergütung. Ihr Thema Innerhalb unseres kleinen, sehr kollegialen Teams heißen Ihre Schwerpunkte Compensation & Benefits und HR-Reporting. **Specialist Performance & Rewards Global (m/w/d)**:
**Hier sind Sie gefragt**:

- Sicherstellung der Vergleichbarkeit und einheitlichen Bewertung von Fach
- und Führungsstellen
- Durchführung von Projekten zur Implementierung einer fairen, leistungsorientierten und marktgerechten divisionsweiten Gesamtvergütungsstrategie unter Berücksichtigung landesspezifischer Anforderungen
- Beratung des Top-Managements und Betreuung der regionalen HR-Organisation in allen Fragen der Vergütung und Stellenbewertung
- Aufbau und Durchführung eines globalen HR-Reporting, inklusive Definition qualitativer und quantitativer HR-KPIs
- Koordination und Coaching der Landesorganisationen bei der Umsetzung zentraler Projekte und bei der Implementierung neuer HR-Prozesse, -Instrumente und -Richtlinien - gelegentlich auch vor Ort
- Kreativität und Konzeptionsstärke sind hier ebenso gefragt wie pragmatisches Vorgehen, Projektmanagement-Skills und jede Menge (interkultureller) Teamgeist. Denn die Devise lautet: Gemeinsam immer besser und effizienter werden. **Damit überzeugen Sie uns**:

- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen
- 3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards und/oder Personalcontrolling in einem internationalen Industrieunternehmen, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung im operativen Personalmanagement
- Erfahrung mit Jobarchitekturen und Stellenbewertungen
- Erfahrung in der konzeptionellen (Weiter-)Entwicklung und Optimierung internationaler Vergütungssysteme und -strukturen ist von Vorteil
- Überzeugende Projektmanagement-Skills sind ein Muss - idealerweise erprobt in multinationalen Projekten
- Hohe Zahlenaffinität, ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und eine systematische, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Im Einsatz von Excel ein echter Profi
