New Business Development / KAM (m/w/d) / Strategischer Vertrieb in der Gießerei als Stabsstelle der GF bei Siegen / Marburg

Es geht um die Transformation in neue Kundengruppen und Zukunftsmärkte.

Ihre Aufgabe:

- Ihr Ziel: Sie identifizieren Marktchancen und entwickeln Strategien, um Kunden strategisch aus
- und aufzubauen. Dies umfasst u.a. auch die Analyse von neuen Märkten hinsichtlich Technologien und Produkten.
- Dabei gibt es sehr vielfältige Märkte, die für uns interessant sein können. Beispielhaft genannt: Maschinen-/Anlagenbau (Verpackungsanlagen, Abwasseraufbereitung, Lebensmittelindustrie), Rohstoffgewinnung, Alternative Energien (Windkraft, stationäre Motoren, Biomasse), Bahn (Kupplungen, Strukturbauteile, Bremstechnik), Nutzfahrzeuge.
- Sie erarbeiten Konzepte für Vermarktung, Marketing, Absatzförderung sowie Preis
- und Konditionenmanagement und sorgen für strategische Partnerschaften und Kooperationen.
- Sie sorgen für eine ganzheitliche Entwicklung und übernehmen die Präsentation, Nutzenargumentation, Verhandlungsführung und Vertragsprüfung bei nationalen/internationalen Kunden.
- Immer eine technische Lösung im Blick kommunizieren Sie eng mit internen Schnittstellen, arbeiten gemeinsam in interdisziplinären Projektteams in der Entwicklung sowie mit Ihren Kollegen im Bereich Sales Operation.
- Sie berichten regelmäßig direkt an die Geschäftsführung und sind in die Budget
- und Forecastplanung involviert.

Ihr Profil suchen wir:

- Sie sind eine überzeugende und lösungsorientierte Vertriebspersönlichkeit mit strategisch konzeptioneller Arbeitsweise und hohen Kompetenzen in Kommunikation und Verhandlung.
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb von Strukturbauteilen oder technischen Komponenten. Beispielhaft im Business Development, Key Account, Strategischen Produktmanagement, der Produktentwicklung mit Kundenbezug usw. idealerweise mit Bezug zu einem der oben genannten Zielmärkte.
- Erfahrungen in der Gießereitechnik, Formenbausind sehr vorteilhaft, aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie eine Reisebereitschaft von später ca. 20 - 30 % runden Ihr Profil ab.
