We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative **Talent Operations Liaison **with attention to detail, to join us in our **Talent & Reward Operations **team, based in Monheim, Germany.
**About the role**
As the Talent Operations Liaison, you will be responsible for the implementation of business decisions, changes, updates & policies from an HR side, ensuring the Talent Partners can focus on supporting our leaders & teams. The role will mainly focus on driving HR processes, related to the organization structure & employee lifecycle, ensuring consistency.
**Who you’ll work with**
You will obtain and communicate accurate information with stakeholders (Managers, Talent Partners, Talent & Reward Operations, Talent Acquisition) regarding Talent issues.
**What you’ll do**
- Cooperate with Talent Partners during reorganizations by collecting information, implementing changes in TalentShare and advising Talent Partners on policy & job levelling framework.
- Ensure accurate position data in SAP SuccessFactors and keep the Talent & Reward Operations team informed about changes in organizational structures.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team on new role creation, backfill situations and job offers, basing decisions on internal equity and market data.
- Perform job level assessments, communicate level outcomes to Talent Partners and Managers, then manage documentation of analysis and decision.
- Oversee immigration activities for work authorization and permanent residence process but also prepare exit packages and guide employees through the off-boarding process.
- Support on local and global Talent initiatives & reporting tasks as needed.
**I**nterested? For this role we’re looking for the following** **education, experience,** **and **skills.**
- Bachelor´s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of proven working experience as Human Resources Specialist or Human Resources Generalist
- True joy in personal administration taks and very good understanding of HR Operations (i.e. payroll, HRIS, benefit administration, etc.) and local regulations and processes (employee lifecycle), including local employment law.
- Assertive, strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, service orientation and the ability to adapt communication style to the different stakeholders (cultural awareness).
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Digital and IT savvy: familiarity with Human Resources systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
- Business fluent German and English verbal and written communication skills.
