We are looking for a **Trainee Talent & Reward Operations** who is accountable and detail oriented to join us in our **Talent & Reward Operations EU **team, based in Monheim, Germany.

**About the role**

As **Trainee Talent Operations**, you will assist Talent Liaison and Talent Operations Specialists in managing personnel changes and local HR operations. Responsibilities include personnel administration throughout the employee lifecycle and providing support to employees and managers using HR Answers service & portal, ensuring accurate and timely implementation of changes for excellent data quality. This position is a fixed term contract for 2 years.

**Who you’ll work with**

You will report to the Talent & Reward Ops Lead DE & CH and you will collaborate closely with the Talent Liaison and Talent Operations Specialists, providing support to our employees and managers through the HR Answers platform.

**What you’ll do**
- Answer queries from employees and managers through the HR Answers platform, maintaining an updated knowledge base.
- Support the end-to-end hire-to-retire process, including hiring, promotions, personal life changes, and offboarding.
- Manage the organization structure by ensuring accurate and updated data in TalentShare.
- Act as an internal expert on local compensation and benefits, conducting annual salary surveys and supporting the compensation review process.
- Stay updated on social legislation changes, ensuring processes, documentation, and practices are compliant.

**Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills**
- Bachelor´s degree required.
- Excellent communication skills: ability to adapt communication style to the audience (cultural awareness).
- Quality focused with eye for detail.
- IT savvy with a facile understanding and adept use of various IT tools and systems.
- Proficient in MS Excel with advanced skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and German (verbal and written).
